Changes to Stay Dates (Shortening or Extending a Stay)
A shortened stay, including early check-out, is generally treated the same as a cancellation and will be settled in accordance with the policy above. Extensions may not be available depending on room availability.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed through Stripe (credit card). Depending on the card issuer, it may take several days for the refund to appear on the statement. If the refund amount is small, the refundable amount may become zero after payment processing fees are deducted.
Exceptions (Force Majeure, etc.)
If the stay becomes reasonably difficult due to a large-scale disaster, government order, long-term transportation disruption, or similar circumstances, refund terms may be discussed separately depending on the situation.
